The array of post-production titles on Indie Sales’ slate also includes the Danish horror flick What We Become ( Sorgenfri) by Bo Mikkelsen (read the article), for which a promo reel will be presented at Berlin, and the English-language thriller Don't Grow Up by Thierry Poiraud (read the article), which will also have a promo reel on offer.Īlso of note among the post-production titles are two films that have their sights set on the upcoming major festivals and are being pre-sold based on their screenplays: The White Knights by Belgian director Joachim Lafosse (read the article – starring Vincent Lindon, Louise Bourgoin, Valérie Donzelli and Reda Kateb) and Maryland (working French title – international title: Close Protection) by French director Alice Winocour (with Matthias Schoenaerts and Diane Kruger toplining – read the article). A sensation that may well put the entire city in jeopardy… But one day, when he decides to approach his lifelong idol, a Boufbowl megastar, he is gripped by a strange sensation. The movie is set in the majestic city of Bonta, where young Joris happily whiles away his days in the magic shop owned by his adoptive father, Kerubim Crépin. A new spin on the transmedia strategy being undertaken by Ankama (which is trying its hand at film production for the very first time), the movie lies at the crossroads of the stories developed in the successful online multiplayer game, the animated TV series and the comic books.
